Ideal for baking, this Nu-Vu RM-5T is a V-Air Convection Oven. Its innovative V-Air technology provides a consistently even bake with steam when desired. Its two-speed fan pushes air down the inside walls of the cavity and up and out through the holes at each shelf. This directs the air flow so that it encircles the products from top to bottom, side to side, and front to back. This innovative fan system reduces the amount of energy required to heat each pan.
This RM-5T had the capacity to hold five 18" x 26" sheet pans or ten 13" x 18" sheet pans. This Convection Oven has a dual pane tempered glass door and durable construction. The door is cool-to-the-touch and provides operators a full view of cooking products. Its construction is made from stainless steel and has been welded for increased strength. The door has a silicone rubber gasket and is field reversible.
Top located fan evenly distributes heat throughout the oven cavity. Fan blows air down the inside walls of the cavity and up and out through the holes at each shelf.
